Sending Your Cyclo Polisher In For Repair:
Before you send your tool in for service have you inspected your carbon brushes? Carbon brush inspection video
- Please attach a note answering the following questions:
- Is your tool under warranty? (Enclose proof of purchase)
- Would you like an estimate, or a repair?
- If you would like your tool repaired, please indicate that Cyclo Toolmakers, Inc. has permission to make repairs costing up to $100. We can only repair your tool if you have provided us with your credit card information. For all repairs over $100, Cyclo will contact you to confirm the price before making any repairs.
- What is wrong with your tool?
- If your tool is not claimed within 30 days after repair quotation (when not in warranty), your tool will be disposed of. If $10 was included for return shipping, we will return the polisher to the address given.
- Repair labor is $55/hour.
- It can take up to 2 weeks or longer after receipt to provide an estimate or repair.
